Specialized Information and Referral

The agency provides information and referral services for people who want information about human services that are provided by public or private agencies which serve people in El Monte and South El Monte. Services include specialized information and referral. Services are restricted to El Monte and South El Monte residents.

Services are available for people who are undocumented or are homeless.

The agency provides individualized emergency planning and assistance for individuals and families who are not eligible for assistance through local public and private agencies. Emergency planning may also be available for non-resident families or individuals who have a feasible working plan, pending receipt of a pay check. The agency also provides casework for local churches, service clubs and other organizations.
