Services include neighborhood improvement groups, community/nature area cleanup/enhancement projects, and land conservancy volunteer opportunities. The agency focuses on parks and outdoor spaces in South Los Angeles; however, there are no geographic restrictions.
The agency works to reclaim and refurbish existing parks, garden areas and outdoor green space, as well as locate new spaces for community projects. Resident input is gathered from the beginning of any design process, through construction.
