The agency provides services for chronically homeless veterans in Los Angeles County. Services include low income/subsidized private rental housing. There are no geographic restrictions.
The New Directions - Sepulveda and El Monte housing facilities provide private permanent supported housing for veterans who are recipients of HUD/VASH vouchers. Other services include case/care management and other supportive services. Medical and mental health services are available on the adjacent VA campus.

Application Procedure
Applicants who qualify for VA and HUD/VASH services may apply at the Sepulveda and El Monte sites or at VA Building #116 sites; appointments are required.
Applicants who have been OTH or Dishonorably Discharged should call the Mobile Housing Retention Program for an intake appointment.

Fees
Rent is on a sliding scale, based on HUD/VASH housing benefits or Housing Authority benefits.
