The center provides child care services for children age 2 to 5 who live in the South Central Los Angeles area. Income and geographic restrictions apply for some programs.
The agency offers child care programs for preschool age children age 2 to 5. The center also provides a State Pre-School for ages 2 to 5 years; and a State General program for children, age 2 to 5 years, whose families meet low-income guidelines.
The agency provides extended day care services for youth, ages 6 through 14 in the summer. The program for summer the State Latchkey program provides subsidized extended care for school age children ages 6 through 10.

Fees
Services are provided on a fixed fee per month basis for child care. Part-time fees are available; there is a sibling discount offered. Eligible State Preschool students receive subsidies.
