Health Education (Public Health Issues)

The department provides health education through a public information line for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. There are no geographic restrictions.
The line is staffed by registered nurses who can provide information on Covid-19 vaccines and treatment along with a variety of health topics including childhood immunizations, women's maternal and reproductive health, mental health, tobacco cessation and wellness.
