Prenatal Care (Low Income)

The center provides family planning services for people who live in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County. Services include abortions, contraception, gynecology services, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, STD screening and STD treatment. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Mama's Neighborhood program provides perinatal support for eligible moms who begin their prenatal care with Los Angeles County Health Services. It includes personalized care during pregnancy and up to one year after. The program includes pregnancy and childbirth education, baby care classes and parenting classes. Care coordinators provide support for mental health and stress, substance use, housing needs and general wellbeing.
Abortion services are confidential and may include medication abortion and procedure abortion. Information and support is available through the center's CARE121 line.
Counseling, education and access to birth control, including emergency contraception, is available. Income eligible individuals may qualify for family planning services under the Family PACT program.

Fees vary; Ability to Pay (ATP), Medi-Cal and LA Care are accepted. There are no fees for individuals who are eligible for the Family PACT program; proof of income is required.
