Contract Clinics

The agency provides health services for people in Los Angeles County. Services include community clinics, contract clinics, dental care for adults and children, diabetes management clinics, general health education programs, general medical care, and mobile health care. The agency is a Federally Qualified Health Center. The Center provides services in three walk-in clinics, two dental clinics, and two mobile health clinics.
The clinic is a My Health LA Community Partner Clinic and provides application and enrollment in the My Health LA plan. My Health LA covers low income individuals (age 6 to adults) in Los Angeles County that do not have health insurance and cannot qualify for Medi-Cal.
Mobile health care is provided through the Care-A-Van program; there are two medically equipped vehicles that serve remote areas and also people who are GR recipients.
