Welfare Rights Assistance (TANF Recipients, Abused Women)

The program provides welfare-to-work support services to battered women who receive or are eligible to receive CalWORKS and live in Los Angeles County. Services include case management, certificates/forms assistance, domestic violence support groups, legal counseling, spouse/domestic partner abuse counseling, crime victim support in obtaining a temporary restraining order, and welfare rights assistance.
