Ongoing Emergency Food Assistance
Provider: ST. MARTIN DE PORRES OUTREACH CENTER
The center provides emergency food for low-income residents of zip codes 91744, 91745, 91746, 91747, 91748 and 91790. The service includes ongoing emergency food assistance for registered participants whose income is 150% of the poverty level or lower. The program distributes USDA commodities weekly. People receive a bag of food containing canned and packaged goods, and perishable items such as produce and refrigerated and frozen food; participants are allowed to select from the food that is available. People may come in every week, if necessary. Geographic restrictions apply.

Application Procedure
Apply for service. Drivers License or California ID required for applicant and identification for everyone living in the household, utility bill with participant name and address, proof participant is of recipient of benefits program such as SNAP, unemployment, or state disability. ID for children may include immunization record, birth certificate or school ID card. Copies of all documents must be turned into food program coordinator.
