The program provides a variety of recreational and fitness activities and support services for people of all ages who live primarily in the City of Commerce, East Los Angeles, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera and South San Gabriel Valley areas. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program offers a variety of fitness classes including movement education programs for parents and children 6 months to 5 years, and aerobics. Youth soccer, basketball, football and softball leagues are also available, as well as a teenage leaders training and a sports program which includes basketball, and soccer. Year-round instructional water exercise, lap swimming and recreational swimming is offered for people of all ages. A variety of summer day, resident, holiday, and camping programs are also offered.
