Organizational Development and Management Services

The agency provides substance use disorder services for individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include alcohol use disorder education/prevention, drug use disorder education/prevention, medical information lines, organizational development and management services, planning/coordinating/advisory groups, service planning and delivery assistance, and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.

Recover LA is a comprehensive website that provides information and resources about substance use disorders, including a search tool to find local service providers. Referrals for opioid use disorders and medication assisted maintenance treatment are also available.

The agency supports The County of Los Angeles Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, an advisory body whose members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors to represent the interests of their constituents. commissioners advise and make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding alcohol and drug related issues with a goal of reducing the negative impact of substance use on residents of Los Angeles County.
