This is a membership organization for people who own rental property units. Services for members include legal assistance; management forms; tenant screening; low cost insurance; legal and political news published in Apartment Age magazine; and agency-sponsored seminars throughout the year. There are no geographic restrictions.

Fees
The annual membership fee is $174.00 for the first 5 units, $3.55 per each additional unit, and a one-time processing fee of $25.00. There is an additional $3.50 per rental unit fee.
