Basic Income Maintenance Programs (General Relief Recipients)

The agency provides basic income maintenance programs targeted to general relief recipients in Los Angeles County. There are no geographic restrictions.
Springboard is a guaranteed income pilot program available for eligible individuals 18 - 26 years of age or 50 years and older receiving general relief benefits. Individuals must apply online. If selected individuals will receive a total of $13,200 over a 24 month period.
Applications will be accepted from October 13th - 27th 2026. Selections will take place November 10th, 2026.
