The agency provides animal services to individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include neuter/spay services; rabies vaccinations; and veterinary care expense assistance for registered service animals, military personnel and veterans. There are no geographic restrictions.
Veterinarian services include low cost office visits for non-emergency minor care, deworming, rabies vaccinations, vaccination clinic, and low cost spay and neutering services.
The agency offers a 10% discount on services for registered service animals (excluding emotional support animals) for military personnel and veterans with a valid military ID.

Application Procedure
Call for a spay/neuter appointment; walk in for other services. Service animals must have documentation and animal is registered.
Fees
Fees for spaying and neutering services for male cats $175 and for female cats $200; for male dogs up to 30 pounds $200 and for female dogs up to 30 pounds $250, males or females over 30 pounds are $12.00 per pound. Fees for vaccinations for dogs range from $16 to $40 and for cats range from $18 to $40, depending on the specific vaccine. Office visits are $45 and pharmacy medication costs are $16 and up.
