The agency provides youth services for young men in Los Angeles County. Services are provided through the BLOOM (Building a Lifetime of Options and Opportunities for Men) program. Services include leadership development. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides young men of color weekly programming and activities that improve their academic proficiency, socio-behavioral skills, economic growth and development, build their self-esteem and promote healthy lifestyles.
