Public Wi-Fi Sites
Provider: LOS ANGELES COMPUTER ACCESS NETWORK
The agency provides free wifi internet access to residents and businesses in the City of Los Angeles. Wifi hotspots are available in the general outdoor public areas of downtown including Pershing Square, the Historic Core of downtown including the Broadway Theater district and the Financial district, Bunker Hill and the Los Angeles Convention Center. LA-CAN also provides public internet access in the Van Nuys Civic Center and the Los Angeles International Airport. There are no geographic restrictions.
Through the program, wireless internet access is provided for the public at Libraries, WorkSource centers, CDD Youth and Family centers, Youth Opportunity Movement sites, Senior centers and Recreation and Parks sites.
