Job Training Formats (General Relief Recipients)

The agency provides welfare to work services to recipients of CalWORKs and General Relief (GR) in Los Angeles County. Services include job search/placement, job training formats and transitional case management. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Transitional Subsidized Employment (TSE) Program works with welfare recipients to identify and remove economic, educational, social and cultural barriers to employment. Job training opportunities include programs for bank tellers, apartment managers and certified nursing aids.
