Weatherization Programs

The agency provides home improvement services for low income people who live in the Los Angeles city area. Services include home weatherization programs. People who receive government benefits automatically qualify for services. The program provides water heater insulation blankets, low flow water restrictors, door and window weather stripping, caulking and installing low-flow showerheads. Services are restricted to Los Angeles city residents.
