Ongoing Emergency Food Assistance

The agency provides emergency food services for individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include occasional emergency food assistance, ongoing emergency food assistance, and formula/baby food. Services are targeted to East San Fernando Valley residents, including the homeless and the undocumented. The program provides a bag of groceries which includes cereal, rice, beans, bread, can fruit, beans, tuna, tomatoes and other staples that is usually enough to last for three days. Services are restricted to persons living within Center boundaries and clients are served once a month. People living outside the center's boundaries may receive assistance one time. The North Hollywood parish boundaries extend north to Victory Blvd., south to Mulholland Dr., east to Hollywood Way, and West to Laurel Canyon.
