Services include a community clinic, contract clinic services, and diabetes screening and treatment. Services are targeted but not restricted to the Hispanic/Latino community. There are no geographic restrictions.
The clinic is a My Health LA Community Partner Clinic and provides application and enrollment in the My Health LA plan. My Health LA covers low income individuals (age 6 to adults) in Los Angeles County that do not have health insurance and cannot qualify for Medi-Cal.
