Services include civil state trial courts, criminal state trial courts, probate courts, small claims courts, state trial courts, temporary restraining order filing, and adult and juvenile traffic courts. There are no geographic restrictions; however, the court only hears small claims cases within their jurisdiction.
The court presides over all civil and criminal cases. It serves as a small claims court for cases involving $7,500 or less.
