Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Provider: CITY OF LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION AND PARKS - FELICIA MAHOOD SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER
The center provides services for seniors age 50 and older who live in the Panorama City and Van Nuys area. Services include arts and crafts, congregate meals/nutrition sites, physical fitness classes, recreational activities/sports and specialized information and referral to needed social services. Recreational activities include exercise classes (body dynamics), dance, games, and arts and crafts. The center also offers excursions to Las Vegas and other tourist attractions.
A hot lunch program and nutrition education are provided five days per week.

The donation for the congregate meal is $3.00. Fees for other programs vary although many services are provided at no cost.
