Animal Licenses

The agency provides animal services for residents of Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Buena Park, Downey, La Palma, Lakewood, Montebello, Norwalk, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, South El Monte, South Gate and Vernon. Services include animal adoptions, animal rescue, an animal shelter, animal lost and found, cruelty to animal investigations, dead animal pick-up and vaccinations. Geographic restrictions apply for services.

  The agency provides animal licensing services for the cities of Bellflower, Bell Gardens, Buena Park, Downey, Lakewood, La Palma, Montebello, Pico Rivera, South El Monte and South Gate. 

   The agency only provides spay/neuter services for the animals that are being adopted.
