The consortium provides business services and WIA programs for adults, dislocated workers, youth ages 14 to 21 and older adults age 55 and older in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, which includes the cities of El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Lawndale, Lennox, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Westchester.
