EL PROYECTO DEL BARRIO - NORTHRIDGE CLINIC
The agency provides business services, family life education, health services, HIV/AIDS services, substance use disorder services, WIA programs, welfare-to-work support services and youth services for low-income people who live in the San Fernando Valley. Services are are targeted, but not restricted, to the Spanish-speaking community. Age, income and geographic restrictions apply for some services.
