The program provides correctional programs for people who are in custody and wish to be released on their Own Recognizance (OR) before trial. Adults age 18 and older who are in custody in any jail facility in Los Angeles County who have had a criminal complaint filed against them by the Los Angeles County Superior Court and who wish to be released without bail pending their next court hearing may qualify.
