The agency provides child abuse services, HIV/AIDS services, family preservation services, holiday assistance, substance abuse services and youth services. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to the low-income and at-risk populations in the communities of Central City, Echo Park, Elysian Valley, Hollywood, Pico-Union, Silverlake and Temple-Beaudry areas of Los Angeles. Age and geographic restrictions apply for some services.
