Juvenile Diversion

The program provides youth services for at-risk youth and their families. Services are targeted, but not restricted to low-income families in the Central City, Echo Park, Elysian Valley, Hollywood, Pico-Union, Silverlake and Temple-Beaudry areas of Los Angeles. Services include family counseling, gang prevention programs, and juvenile diversion programs. Gang prevention programs and juvenile diversion programs provide activities and counseling for referred youth, ages 10 through 14. Center based counseling, learning experiences and activities are centered around Virgil and Florence Nightengale Middle Schools, but are open to all area youth. The programs include recreation and outings.
