HELPLINE YOUTH COUNSELING INC
The agency provides child abuse services, case management, substance use disorder services, welfare-to-work support services and youth services to people who live in the Southeast area of Los Angeles County. There are no geographic restrictions.
Site Hours
Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 8:00pm; Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm.
