Central Intake/Assessment for Drug Use Disorders

The agency provides substance use disorder services for adolescents and young adults, age 13 to 17 1/2 in Los Angeles County. Services include central intake/assessment for alcohol use disorder for adolescents; central intake/assessment for drug use disorders for adolescents; comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment for adolescents; and comprehensive outpatient drug use disorder treatment for adolescents. Services are primarily for residents of southeast Los Angeles County, however, there are no geographic restrictions.

The agency is a State certified Central Intake and Assessment center for youth, age 13 to 17 1/2, in the CA State CARE program. See the separate entry.

Comprehensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs are offered through the agency's "The Starting Point" and "Our Place" programs, and include individual and group counseling.
