The agency provides transportation services in the City of Whittier. Services includes a disability related transportation and senior ride programs. Services are restricted to the City of Whittier.

The agency provides the Whittier Dial-A-Ride program for seniors who are age 60 and over as well as for people who have disabilities. The Dial-A-Ride program uses vans which have wheelchair lifts to provide both preshceduled and demand-response, curb-to-curb and door-to-door transportation to any location within the city of Whittier. People who hold Dial-A-Ride cards call to make arrangements for service.

The Dial-A-Ride Plus program is for medical appointments only. Medical appointments may be outside the city of Whittier. Individuals who are eligible for Dial-A-Ride services through the city of Whittier are eligible.
