Parent to Parent Networking (Developmental Disabilities)

The program provides family support services for parents of children, age birth to 21, in Alameda county. Services include certificate/forms assistance, family support centers, parent to parent networking, parenting materials, trainings and disability specific information and referral. Geographic restrictions apply.
The Family Resource Center provides parent to parent emotional support, support groups and parent education workshops on many topics.
The agency also presents seminars and workshops focused on preparing families to help their special needs children to transition from Early Intervention programs to the public school system.
