Regional Occupational Programs
Provider: EAST SAN GABRIEL VALLEY REGIONAL OCCUPATIONAL PROGRAM AND TECHNICAL CENTER
The program provides education services through Career Technical Education (CTE) and guidance for students who are enrolled in high schools within the service area. The program serves people who live in Azusa, Baldwin Park, Charter Oak, Glendora, Walnut and West Covina.
In addition to the specific skills and comprehensive career education offered, ROPs also offer employment survival skills in many aspects of a particular industry sector, placement assistance, counseling and guidance services, and other critical support services for students.
Some classes are articulated for community college credit; some for university credit.
