The clinic provides counseling for people of all ages who live, primarily, in the Harbor area. Services are available to people who have neither private insurance nor full Medi-Cal coverage. There are no geographic restrictions.

General counseling services are available for people of all ages. Individual and conjoint sessions may be scheduled to focus on a variety of concerns which may include marital problems, parent-child conflict, family communication, teen counseling (one-on-one peer counseling as well), pregnancy counseling, adjustment problems of children and adolescents, and problems like depression and anxiety. The clinic cannot accommodate people who are severely or chronically mentally ill or who need medication. Services are provided by volunteer psychologists.
