The agency provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities ages 6 to 17, children and teens, and adults ages 18 and older who live in Burbank, Glendale, Los Angeles, North Hollywood, and the foothill communities and surrounding areas. Services include community integration training; which consists of independent living skills, prevocational training, recreational/leisure/art instruction, and social clubs/events. Geographic restrictions apply.

The children and teens afterschool program is a structured community integrated program. The students attend after their day school classes and participate in a structured program of academic and prevocational activities; arts and crafts, bowling, cooking, and drama; community outings; independent living skill training; and other activities which provide opportunities for learning, recreation, and socialization. Transportation is provided from children's day school to their program site; parents and/or guardians are responsible to provide transportation home at the end of the day.

The center provides community integration training to adults ages 18 and older. Group ratios are 1:3 to offer more choices to support individual needs. The program supports opportunities to enhance socialization, communication, and independent living skills; music, cooking, bowling, work experience, and community integration. Participants live at home with their families or in residential group homes. Extended hours are provided to adults ages 18 and older.

In addition, the center provides dances each month for people with developmental disabilities age 16 and older; people do not have to be in programs at the center to attend, all welcomed and DJ provided. The overall aim of the center is to provide programs which are specifically designed to assist people with developmental disabilities of all ages achieve their full potential; develop maturity, independence, and positive self esteem; make long-term friendships; and understand how to use their local community resources.
