Rights Counseling for Undocumented People (Asian Community, Low Income)

The center provides immigration services for low income people who live in Los Angeles County. Services include immigration visa application filing assistance; immigration rights groups; naturalization support/legal services; public awareness/education on immigration issues; rights counseling for undocumented people that provides assistance with immigration benefits; and self petitions and battered spouse waivers (Violence Against Women Act) and u-visas for domestic violence victims. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to monolingual Asians/Pacific Islanders. There are no geographic restrictions.
