The center provides health services primarily for low-income individuals in Los Angeles county, including people who are undocumented and those without health insurance. Services include childhood immunizations, Child Health and Disability Prevention examinations, contraception, contract clinics, general medical care, pediatrics, sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment, and women's health centers. There are no geographic restrictions.

Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) examinations provide regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. The check-ups are offered at set intervals and may include the required Head Start or State Preschool and pre-first grade exams.

Women's health services include health education, nutrition education, ob/gyn services, prenatal care, and postpartum services.
