The program provides mental health services for people in Orange County. Services include a Psychiatric Mobile Response Team that provides on-site professional assessment and assistance to people and their families experiencing a mental health crisis. The team consists of trained and experienced police officers and professional mental health clinicians from the County of Orange Health Care Agency - Behavioral Health Services. Services are restricted to people who are indigent or on Medi-Cal in Orange County.
