Case/Care Management (Older Adults)
The agency provides care management services for older adults, age 55 and over, who are in need of intervention to remain in their homes through the Senior Links to Independent Living programs. Services include case/care management for older adults. Services are restricted to Long Beach Residents.
The Senior Links program includes case managers who provide specialized information and referral for needed health and social services.
The Los Angeles County Mental Health's Field Capable Clinical Service provides counseling for seniors 50 years and older.

Call for information. A referral from the elderly person's doctor is required.
Fees
There are no fees for service for the Senior Links program. Fees for the counseling are either free or based on eligibility criteria; call for information.
