Psychiatric Medication Monitoring

The clinic provides services for individuals, couples, and families using cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, and psychopharmacological approaches to treatment. It offers a variety of specialty clinics including the Mood Disorders Clinic, the Aftercare Clinic, the Psychosis Clinic, the Anxiety Disorders Treatment Program, the General Treatment Clinic, the Geriatric Clinic, the Women's Life Program, the Spanish-Speaking Psychosocial Clinic, Medical Psychology Assessment Center, and the Forensic Psychiatry Program. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Mood Disorders Clinic provides specialized evaluation and treatment for people who are suffering from any of a variety of affective (mood) disorders including manic depressive illness, bipolar depression, reactive depression, and chronobiological disorders. The Schizophrenia Program provides comprehensive evaluation, treatment recommendations, and ongoing care for persons with schizophrenia and related disorders.
The Anxiety Disorders Treatment Program evaluates and treats people who are suffering from generalized anxiety, agoraphobia, obsessive-compulsive disorders and panic disorders. The Women's Life Clinic provides evaluations and treatment for emotional concerns and psychiatric conditions associated with issues specific to women such as pregnancy, menstrual phases, menopause, gynecological procedures and loss and breavement issues.
The Forensic Psychiatry Service provides independent medical evaluations and consultation services in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, malpractice, criminal evaluations, child custody and other legal issues.
The Spanish-Speaking Psychosocial Clinic offers psychiatric evaluations, psychosocial intervention and pharmacotherapy for Hispanic patients who are experiencing emotional problems.
The Medical Psychoalogy Assessment Center provides neuropsychological testing and assessment for a variety of neurological, psychiatric and learning disorders. The ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy) service provides treatment to severly depressed patients who are not responsive to antidepressive medication.
