Innocent Inmate Exoneration Programs

The agency provides legal services for inmates who claim to have been wrongfully convicted of crimes in Northern California. Services include innocent inmate exoneration programs. Geographic restrictions apply.
Services are restricted to individuals who have been convicted of crimes in Central and Northern California counties.
Inmates must have a minimum of three or more years left to serve. Individuals must be convicted of a felony within the California state courts.
The program will consider cases of arson, child abuse, three strikes law sentences, and shaken baby syndrome. The agency accepts DNA and non-DNA cases.
