Sharps Disposal Programs

The department provides environmental services for Los Angeles County. Services include sharps disposal program. There are no geographic restrictions.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, in conjunction with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works provides this service so residents can safely dispose of sharps waste such as needles, lancets or other devices used to administer medication intravenously.
