The agency provides shelter services for homeless families where one parent is disabled due to an addiction who live in Los Angeles County. Services include transitional housing/shelter. There are no geographic restrictions.

The Permanent Supportive Housing (Chester Village Permanent Supportive Housing) serves homeless families where one parent is considered disabled due to an addiction. They must have completed a recovery program within 18 months. Families must have between 3 to 5 members. This program is designed for families who intend to be self sufficient via employment. Residents in the Permanent Supportive Housing are required to respect and follow house rules that include no alcohol or drugs, and participation in case management. Residents of the program must commit to working toward self-sufficiency and participate in a case management plan, including a savings program. Residents of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program must pay rent and put money into savings.
