Family Child Care Homes (Developmental Disabilities)

The center provides multilingual and multicultural child care for low-income families from any area of the county. Services include child care centers, and child family care homes targeted to developmental disabilities. The day care program serves children who are 2.6 to 5 years of age. There are no geographic restrictions.

Child family care home services are open to developmentally disabled children who are able to function in these settings and who are referred by Regional Center. The agency offers program participants free parenting classes and refers for other services. In addition, the agency trains and supervises family day care home providers.
