The agency provides a multilingual and multicultural early childhood education services for low-income families with children age 0 to 5 in Los Angeles County. Services include inclusive preschools and preschools. There are no geographic restrictions.
The state preschool program operates two sessions per day, five days per week for children age 3 to 5.
All programs are open to developmentally disabled children who are able to function in these settings and who are referred by a Regional Center.
The agency offers program participants free parenting classes and refers for other services.
The school readiness program provides families with children, age 0 to 5, with access to child health care, assessment services for health and development-related issues, life skills training and parenting skills training.
