Community Shelters (Transition Age Youth)
Provider: HOME AT LAST
The program provides shelter for transition age youth (TAY) age 18 to 24 in Los Angeles County. Service include community shelters. There are no geographic restrictions.
Youth receive bedding, meals, and access to shower facilities. Residents must adhere to shelter rules, which include abstaining from alcohol and drug use, as well as a 10:00 PM curfew. Support services consist of case management, transportation, and life skills education.
