Community Shelters (Transition Age Youth)
Provider: HOME AT LAST
The program provides shelter for transition age youth (TAY) age 18 to 24 in Los Angeles County. Service include community shelters. There are no geographic restrictions.
Youth receive bedding, meals and access to shower facilities. Residents are required to respect shelter rules which include no drinking or drugs and a 10:00pm curfew. Support services include case management and life skills education.
