Child Health and Disability Prevention Exams

The clinic provides health services for people of all ages in the Santa Clarita Valley. Services include general medical care, including family practice, immunizations, health screenings, well baby care, and women's health. There are no geographic restrictions.
The clinic is a My Health LA Community Partner Clinic and provides application and enrollment in the My Health LA plan. My Health LA covers low income individuals (age 6 to adults) in Los Angeles County that do not have health insurance and cannot qualify for Medi-Cal.
CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level. The check-ups are offered at set intervals and may include the required Head Start or State Preschool and pre-first grade exams.
