Ex-Offender Reentry Programs
Provider: A NEW WAY OF LIFE RE-ENTRY PROJECT
The agency provides ex-offender services for formerly incarcerated persons through a comprehensive re-entry program for formerly incarcerated women and their children in Los Angeles County. Service includes ex-offender re-entry programs. There are no geographic restrictions.
Ex-Offender re-entry services include pick-up on release, assistance with applications for benefits when appropriate, legal services including assistance with criminal record expungement, educational programs, substance abuse counseling and 12 step programs, case management, and connection to employment and other community services. Family re-unification is stressed, and staff provide help in navigating the family court system.
