The agency provides mental health services for foster children, ages 3 through 18, who suffer from symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other forms of anxiety related to being abused or witnessing domestic violence in the home. Services include developmental screening, counseling for children affected by domestic violence, infant and early childhood mental health, sexual assualt counseling. Age restrictions apply; there are no geographic restrictions.

The Developmental Screening program for children, age three to five years, is offered to foster parents who have concern about the developmental progress of the child. A screening tool, ASQ-SE, is administered by a professional multi-disciplinary team, in the clinic setting or in the client's home.

Treatment services include individual and family therapy, Dyadic and play-based therapy, and parenting education. Staff are trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), Reflective Parenting, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Treatment may include the social worker, the foster parents, and sometimes the biological parent.
