General Medical Care (Low Income)
Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES - BELLFLOWER HEALTH CENTER
The center provides health services for people of all ages who live in the Southwest area of Los Angeles County. Services include Child Health and Disability Prevention program exams (CHDP, general medical care, pediatrics, and women's health services. There are no geographic restrictions.
CHDP provides regular, preventive health assessments and developmental assessments for children from birth to age 21 who are Medi-Cal eligible and for children from birth through age 18 whose family income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
Pediatrics include well child visits, preventative care, physicals and immunizations.
Women's health services include primary prevention and cancer screening and prevention.

Call to apply; an appointment is required. ID and proof of LA County residency are required.
Fees vary. There may be no fee for income eligible individuals; proof of income is required. Ability to Pay (ATP), Medi-Cal and LA Care are accepted.
